Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please reach out within 12 hours of purchase. After processing begins, we cannot guarantee changes.
Q: Do you offer gift packaging or notes?
Not at the moment — but we plan to offer gift-ready packaging in the future

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times and shipping fees vary by location.
Q: How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by region. Estimated transit times after dispatch:
- USA: 5–12 business days
- Canada: 10–14 business days
- UK & Europe: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Q: When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are sent after dispatch. It may take 24–72 hours for tracking to update.
Q: Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
International customers may be subject to import duties or customs fees depending on their local regulations. These are not covered by Arcana & Fate.

Yes, we strive to show accurate colors and details — however, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screens, and handmade elements.
Q: Are your items limited or seasonal?
Some collections are created in limited quantities or seasonal waves. If you love something, we recommend ordering before it’s gone.
4. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Q: My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right quickly.
Q: How long does a refund take?
Once approved, refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear depending on your payment provider.
